Once upon a time… a Prince

 

I think he was one of the most human, funniest and realistic member of the Royal Family in the Buckingham Palace. He was extremely sarcastic and had typical English jokes. But lots of people think that Prince Philip was ungenteel, actually he could say that he thought about a situation or person only. Because he did not have something to lose.

Of course, sometimes people started to become angry and scared but if they had thought over his jokes they would have realized that it was only humor Prince wanted to amuse his fellows and himself with. He was a joculator who could laugh about himself and his penniless young life.

But, he was the right man in the right time and place, so he could get Princess’ hands and became a member of the English Royal Family. It would be a fairytail, if he had not had to put away many ideas about his life and his marrige, in addition he had to defer to all and every circumstance in the Family.

On the other hand, Elisabeth was brave and prudent when she chose this dashing cadet, whose did not have anything that his pretty face and slenderly-built body. And she bore his sarcastic comments and not to sophisticated humor.

Nevertheless, why he would have had a good and politically correct behaviour when he grew up in 19. century when afro-american people were discriminated and woman did not have vote? And he lived in Second World War and after it, he could see rising of the communism and dictatorships. He was an old-fashioned men, who had a different point of view and outlook on our modern life. He had a three-aged life, which set some days ago.

All in all, I think, he was an icon in this Family and we will be poorer with a unique men, who had a little bit hard manner but he had a special status and perception about our life. And he was a the most funny person in damned, snob and untruthful noble life. But, he bore and assisted to all many little messiness.
